Not Fit (Yet)

This course is education, not medical care. Acute trauma routes to a somatic specialist first. Active cardiac, pulmonary, or other conditions that contraindicate cold exposure or breath holds route to your treating clinician.

If you want emotional literacy as a relational and cognitive skill, that lives in Emotional Evolution. This course owns the somatic-physiological infrastructure beneath it.
